It looks like this new kid has caused quite a buzz just like the royal baby .The fact that now you can connect your gadgets with your tv wirelessly is somewhat exciting.I have used the HTC media link to connect my phone wirelessly with my HDTV and also the apple tv to connect my iPad but with all the previously available options ,you are restricted to only the sme manufacturer devices .The good thing about the Chromecast is that it support pretty much all your devices including android ,iPad,iPhones ,even window 7 or upward based laptops .the only question that hasn't been answered so far by google about this device is that whether it supports mirror function.
As far as availilibity is concerned .its only available in US at the moment but for UK enthusiasts who can't wait to get their hands on this device , the good news is that you can get from eBay at the following link .
